Endodontics (treatment of caries complications)

Treatment of caries complications (pulpitis and periodontitis) – with the use of Zeiss microscope; after anesthesia; its preferable the tooth to be finished in one appointment; machine instrumentation of the root canals; electronic measurement of the exact length of the canal; thorough irrigation with an ultrasonic device; hermetic canal sealing with vertical condensation with warm guttapercha. A patient with granuloma of a premolar – a radiography before and 2 months after retreatment – one can clearly see the healing and shrinkage of the inflammatory focus.
